CADENCE AI / OPERATIONS

The day’s work,
kept in rhythm.

Cadence is an operations assistant built around the tools and decisions inside B Home Management, the business Lindsey runs. It’s in daily internal use, and it’s where the lab’s engineering practice meets a real operation.

A WEEK, AS CADENCE SEES IT

Around the business,
not a roadmap.

Cadence started from the tools and decisions already inside the business. The person who runs it is the person who uses it, so the gap between building and using stays short.

01

Grounded in real work

The assistant is shaped by the day-to-day of an operating business: the recurring questions, the follow-ups, the decisions that come around every week.

02

Used, not demoed

Lindsey runs B Home Management and works with Cadence as part of that. What isn’t useful gets noticed quickly and changed.

03

Lessons flow both ways

What we learn operating Cadence informs how we run our autonomous engineering experiments, and what we learn there comes back into Cadence.

Where it
stands.

Cadence isn’t a public product. It’s built for one business and improved as that work demands.

We share what we learn from it in Lab Notes, and we’re open to comparing notes with people who run operations-heavy businesses and are exploring similar tools.
