How the Terrain AI Labs marketing website handles contact information, browser data, external links, and confidential information.

What this website collects
This site does not currently run a hosted lead form, account system, advertising pixel, or analytics provider. The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application; Terrain does not receive its contents from the website.
Vercel, the hosting provider, may process routine request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Terrain does not use this notice to claim that infrastructure produces no operational logs.
When you contact us
If you send email to hello@terrainailabs.com, Terrain receives the information you choose to include and uses it to respond, assess fit, and continue the conversation. Do not send passwords, customer records, health information, or other confidential data in an initial inquiry.
Cookies and analytics
The site emits provider-neutral browser events for page categories, CTA clicks, product links, email clicks, product-film play, and sanitized campaign attribution. Those events stay in the current page: no provider receives or stores them, and form text, email addresses, and user identifiers are excluded. Terrain does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is shown. If tracking changes, this notice and any consent experience must be updated before the new collection begins.
External services
Links to LinkedIn, Ask Niko, Member360, B Home Management, and other sites lead to services with their own privacy practices. A link does not make Terrain responsible for those services or imply a partnership.
Retention, access, and deletion
Email is retained according to Terrain's operational needs and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent directly, email Terrain. Legal requirements or legitimate recordkeeping needs may limit a request.
